Standard NY Style Coaching

 

  • Sessions are performed on Zoom so you don't have to travel at all.  
  • 3 months ( 12 sessions ) to complete and achieve your goals with weekly sessions to make sure that you are on the strategies.
  • 60-90 minutes/session to discuss progress and mental and physical issues keeping you away from the achievements. 
  • You are submitting a daily report for progress and mindset with just a sentence or 2 to keep you on its course to achieve your best on your goal.  
  • Program based on psychology and laws of attraction; introducing exercises on mental strengths and discovering procrastinating behaviors and reasons.  You are not dealing with your procrastinating with yourself.  
  • $3,000 for the whole 3 months and comes with your achievements.
