🔹 What Does It Mean to “Live by Choice”?

“What are you choosing right now?”

…You might be thinking, “What do you mean, choosing? I’m just doing what I have to each day.”I get it. That’s how most of us feel.

But is that really enough?

When we get caught in automatic reactions, we start living by someone else’s script:

  • The noise and tension on social media

  • The pressure to meet others’ expectations

  • The invisible rules of what we “should” do

All of that is a sign of living without intention. It means you’ve jumped into the screen—instead of directing the film.

If you’re wondering, “Wait, what is she talking about?” — this is a quantum view of reality.

🎬 Life is like choosing a film (your reality),▶️ inserting it into a player, and hitting play.

Yes, you can create your reality in this way. It’s not about raising your vibration or attracting something—it’s much simpler:

The film you choose is the reality you experience.

Any days are the perfect day to pause and “choose again.”Try saying these three phrases to reset your awareness:

🌀 “This is not my intention.”

🌀 “I am outside the screen.”

🌀 “I return my awareness to the present moment.”

These help bring you back to Layer 3, where you regain the power to rewrite your reality.

💬 So, what intention (film) will you choose today?

Try writing it in one sentence. That alone is your first step.
